thee’s stanley cup minute #3

hold still, please

Datsyuk > Crosby
Lidstrom > Gonchar
Zetterberg > Malkin
Holmstrom > Hossa
Draper > Stall
MC5 >  Anti-Flag

There’s really not much to be mooed so far that other cows have not yet mooed. Aye, it’s a gotdam blowout so far, but going into game three, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. If the Pens hold serve at home, it’s a whole new deal. I can’t — for the life of me — see how that could happen, but this is the playoff, and the Pens are playing at home… So ya never know. Will Hossa show up? Will Malkin recover from his being “tired”? Will Sid the Kid continue to be pimpslapped by Datsyuk? Is this fucking comedy gold?

Redwings fly fish. Who knew ?

“Red Wings play paintball, putt-putt golf and go fly-fishing on off day”

“I guess I would say I didn’t bring anything to shore,” Chelios conceded. “I had some on the line. I got frustrated. I’ve never fly-fished before and I didn’t like it and I’ll never do it again. You’ve got to have a little touch, a little more technique. Fishing should be relaxing. I thought I’d try it because I’d never done it, and now I know I don’t ever want to do it again.”

He did however, highly enjoy the putt-putt golf and was able to master the technique required for the ancient sport with ease.
