43% yes on 4 is actually amazingly progressive for a knee jerk right wing state like Alaska. Every Bush/Cheney bumper sticker hick up here thinks they are going to get rich every time somebody puts a hole in the ground.
My suggestion to you lower 48ers: take our federal pork $ away and give us something to fucking think about!
Make sure Stevens doesn’t win reelection and I bet a whole bunch of it goes away. Of course the court may take care of it for you. After all, it’s a series of tubes.
